Do you have warranty?

We’re delighted to create high-quality, handcrafted jewelry that you can cherish for years to come! We truly believe in the quality of our products, which is why we provide a One-year warranty from the date of your original purchase for any defects or issues related to the craftsmanship of your jewelry. Please note that our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones), damage from mishandling like exposure to chemicals or excessive force, or any modifications made by a third party not affiliated with Augenbling.

By submitting your warranty claim, you agree to the following friendly terms:

Return of Impacted Product: If we accept your warranty submission, we kindly ask you to send the affected product back to us for quality assurance review and testing.

If your item is in stock and your warranty claim is approved, we’ll happily send you a replacement of the same item.

If the item is out of stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, we’ll provide you with store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a different item, size, or material.

Promotional Products: Items received through promotions or campaigns may not be covered by our warranty policy.

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline ?
  • Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

  • Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

We are pleased to announce that we presently offer shipping services to the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not offer 2-day or overnight shipping.

Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 3PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 1-3 business days.

Orders placed Friday – Sunday (excluding holidays) will be processed on the following Monday.

If an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. 
You must first receive your item, and then return it to us for a refund.

We always do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. But sometimes unforeseen issues happen during delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen from your porch, we want you to be protected. That’s why we offer AfterShip Protection.

You can add protection to your order during checkout. If you choose not to add protection, our options become limited and we might not be able to compensate you for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

All claims must be filed within 90 business days of the order being shipped.

Customs duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authorities and are based on two main factors:

-The Sales Tax imposed by your country for purchases originating from the
-U.S.Duties charged for processing by your country

What's Augenbling Jewelry's return policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Simply click on the button below to submit your return request and you will receive a shipping label via email.

Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive tracking information for your exchange or a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.

Items marked as final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any Final Sale items that are sent back to us will be automatically shipped back to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using various payment methods. Your payment will be processed at the time of ordering, even for items that may ship later or are made-to-order. This ensures your order is queued for fulfillment and shipping promptly.

Once your order is placed, we cannot change the payment method or currency.


1. Credit and Debit Cards

We accept several credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you have a Mejuri account, your default billing info will appear at checkout. If not, you can easily enter your payment details during the order process. Please note that your bank may decline your transaction based on your card’s restrictions. Mejuri reserves the right to check the validity of the card and may refuse transactions based on these checks.


2. PayPal

To use PayPal, select this option during checkout. You’ll log into your PayPal account, and once your order is complete, you’ll return to the Mejuri site.


3. Klarna

In the US, you can pay in 4 interest-free installments or the full amount within 30 days for purchases between $35 to $4000.

In Canada, you can also choose 4 interest-free installments for orders from $35 to $4000.


For installment payments, keep in mind that your first payment will be processed when you place your order. If your automatic payment fails and you haven’t updated your card details, Klarna may charge a late fee for each installment. They’ll send email reminders before each installment is deducted, and you’ll be notified by email if any payment fails. For payment inquiries, contact Klarna’s Customer Service team for assistance.

 

Please be aware that Augenbling cannot refund to a different payment method than what was used for the order. After your returned item arrives at our warehouse, processing will take up to 10-15 business days, during which you will receive a confirmation email.


1. Credit Card

From the day your return is processed, it may take about 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. If you have cancelled your credit card or received a new one, the bank will transfer the amount.


2. Debit Visa Card

Refunds for online purchases made with a Debit Visa Card will be treated like credit card refunds, and you should see the refunded amount in about 5-10 business days.

In-store returns paid with a Debit Visa Card must be handled in-store with the card present. Refunds will be processed the same day.


3. Paypal

When a refund is issued to your PayPal account, you’ll get a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for the funds to show up in your bank account!

 

4. Klarna Refunds for Klarna purchases can take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear. Klarna updates the total balance and automatically adjusts any remaining payments. Any payments already made will be refunded to the original payment method. For questions about your payments, contact Klarna’s Customer Service directly!

 

Duties and Taxes


1. United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. Other international shipments There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Augenbling Jewelry does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.


Foreign Transaction Fees

Augenbling Jewelry does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Augenbling. As we’re based In United State of Ameria, banks in other countries may consider us a ‘foreign company’ and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.Should you have confirmed that the charge was made on Augenbling’s end, please reach out to our customer happiness team at help@augenblingjewels.com with the details on the charges!

To use a discount code, enter it in the Add coupon code field in your checkout page!


You can only apply one (1) discount per order. If you apply a second discount code, the system will choose the better one, and the other will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping codes, referral credits, referral codes, or any other discounts. Augenbling reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that use multiple discount codes. Please note that Augenbling gift cards are not eligible for discounts.


We cannot ship additional packaging separately at this time due to increased shipping fees.
